Miley Cyrus esta dispuesta a seguir demostrando que ya no es una niña, por eso vuelve a sacar su lado más sensual y salvaje en el nuevo video musical de su segundo sencillo,  ‘Who Owns My Heart’ (¿Quién es dueño de mi corazón?).

Si en el primer video ‘Can´t be tamed’, mostraba su rebeldía vestida de pájaro. En este, la veremos con poca ropa sobre una cama, antes de convertirse en la reina de la pista de una discoteca. La cantante de 17 años, que interpretaba aquella chica adorable que cautivaba al público adolescente, ha vuelto a despertar polémica entre sus admiradores. Según la prensa, la culpa de tal repentino cambio podría ser por las constantes salidas nocturnas, hasta tal punto que ya la consideran la nueva Lindsay Lohan de Hollywood.
