MOPEDS

The UK government has categorized mopeds in three different categories. Choose a category and let DVLA assist you in getting your licence sanctioned for any of the following categories:

Category P: If you own a two-wheeler the engine size of which is not more than 50CC and design speed is not over 45km/h, DVLA can help you with ‘Category P’ licence.

Category AM: The proud owners of two and three wheeler vehicles with a maximum design speed of over 25km/hr in the UK can contact DVLA for ‘Category AM’ licence.

Category Q: Contact DVLA to be a ‘Category Q’ licence holder if you own a two-wheeler with an engine size of not more than 50CC and a maximum design speed of not more than 25km/hr.

Motor Cycle

DVLA ensures the best driving licence assistance service to the motorcycle owners and can help them with the following three categories of licences:

Category A2

A ‘Category A2’ licence owner in the UK is eligible to drive motorbikes with power output up to 35KW and power to weight ratio not more than 0.2kw/kg. Category A1

Category B:

‘Category B’ licences are valid for vehicles up to 3,500 KG maximum authorized mass (MAM) and up to 8 passenger seats (with a trailer up to 750kg). Contact DVLA to apply for one.

Category B+E

Contact DVLA for a ‘Category B+E’ licence that allows you to drive vehicles with MAM of 3,500 kg and a trailer.
