Cradle Mountain – Lake St. Clair National Park. Famous for being one of the most remarkable locations in the world, with mind-blowing, panoramic scenery and dreamy flora in every direction. It’s only a 90-minute drive from Burmie, and is very accessible, with camping facilities available. For the serious outdoor aficionado, the Overland Trek is a six day walk that will take you into the center of the park.
Mole Creek and Mole Creek National Park. A small town that’s roughly a half hour drive from Deloraine. This town is renowned for its hone and leatherwood production, and for being near the Mole Creek Karst National Park. Travelers come from all over the world to see and experience the incredible cave systems in this underground national park. The King Solomon’s Cave is an exquisite affair of amazing patterns and stalagmites, as well as sparkling calcite, while he Great Cathedral chamber houses the biggest glow worm cave in Australia.
