The application form the entrance exam of Manipal University is readily available on the official website of Manipal University. The application forms for the entrance exam will be accepted by online mode only. No other means of submitting the application form will be accepted. The last date to apply for the online entrance exam is March 11, 2017. Candidates who all have registered themselves successfully as a candidate to appear for the entrance exam can also track their application form on the official website of the entrance exam. The candidates who have successfully made the registration can book the slot of the exam from March 24, 2017.

Step 1- Basic Information

It contains the First name, Middle name, Last name, Gender, Email ID, Mobile Number, Date of Birth of the candidates

It also contains the under courses and category of the candidates

Step 2- Contact Information

The candidates are required to fill the up to date contact details in the fields where it is required. The information provided should be accurate and authentic. It contains details like-

Step 3- Educational Qualifications

Candidates are required to provide the information of the education qualifications and which should be accurate as per the knowledge of the candidate. The information to be provided are-

Name of School and University

Name of the qualifying examination

Scanned copy of signature and photograph of the candidate

No form without the signature and photograph will be accepted

Step 5- Confirmation

After the completion of the application form and making the payment of the fees, the candidates finally gets registered with the Manipal University. Candidate has to download the confirmation page of the application form for the future references. Candidates should take the printout of the application form and keep it safe for future.
